Order Process:

All our stencils are made to order and so require handling time of 2-3 business days. Paid orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Shipping:

All our packages are shipped from Cape town with Courier Guy. You will be emailed a tracking link for your shipment once it leaves our facility. We have 1 standard shipping fee for all orders. Courier Guy’s average delivery time is 2-3 working days. This can be subject to change due to holidays or unforeseen delays. If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, refused or because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.Stencil Boutique cannot guarantee 3rd party shipper delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any monetary loss or inconvenience that may occur due to late delivery or lost package. We encourage you to contact us in such instances so we may assist you as far as possible!
